Any birds numbered above 10 will include 2 bands: the first indicating the number of their first digit and the second indicating the number of their second digit. For example, 15 would be black, lime; and 37 would be tangerine, aqua.
On the right leg, we indicate the presence of any “split to” colors, or colors for which the bird is a genetic carrier. If the bird is split to blue back, for instance, we would band the right leg with a whole dark blue band. If it is split to blue back as well as split to white breast, we would include a half band of each color.
We offer our leg bands for sale in groupings of one of each of the above listed half bands, as well as 10 whole bands of any color. In addition to the colors listed above, we also have available:
